We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support, maintain, and repair production and facility equipment in a safe, efficient, and food‑safe environment. You’ll help ensure equipment reliability, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement across the plant

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and building systems (mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics/pneumatics, HVAC/steam, welding/fabrication).

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams.

Complete work orders accurately and on time; help maintain parts inventory.

Follow all plant, safety, and SQF/food‑safety requirements.

Work collaboratively with operators to identify process improvements.

Perform additional duties as needed.

Education/experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance (Associate degree or technical certificate preferred).

Knowledge of industrial electricity, motor controls, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, robotics, welding, machining, and rigging.

Ability to use diagnostic tools (voltmeters, ohm meters, etc.).

Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and learn CMMS systems.

Understanding of OSHA safety practices (LOTO, PPE, confined space, etc.).

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.

Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying temperatures/noise levels.

Must wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
Schedule
- Night Shift - 12-hour shifts starting at 4:45pm

Follows a 2-2-3 schedule:
- Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
- Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
- Every other weekend off
- Includes built-in overtime pay
