- Shift: Mon- Fri, 8:00AM- 5:00PM and Everyother Weekend
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting. This full-time contract position requires flexibility to work 32–40 hours per week, including every other weekend and occasional floating to nearby clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer vaccinations, injections, and TB skin tests following clinical guidelines.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical history.
- Assist providers with patient care and respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Perform patient registration, intake, discharge, and appointment scheduling.
- Educate patients on immunizations and preventive healthcare.
- Document patient information accurately in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), preferably Epic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly clinical environment.
- Support patient outreach, reminder calls, and overall clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
- Experience administering immunizations and injections.
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
- Strong patient communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to obtain vital signs and provide quality patient care.
Pay: $36.00 - $37.15 per hour
