Bridger Law Group is a growing firm seeking an experienced Case Manager to work closely with attorneys in managing a dynamic personal injury caseload and delivering exceptional client service. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and motivated to advocate for injured clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Many of our clients come to us overwhelmed, frustrated, or grieving. We are looking for a team member who can communicate with empathy, provide consistent updates, and help clients feel supported throughout what can often be a lengthy legal process. The work is demanding but deeply rewarding when we are able to obtain justice and meaningful results for the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement
· Maintain organized case records, documentation, and deadlines
· Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and expectations
· Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties
· Obtain and review police reports, medical records, medical bills, insurance information, liens, and related case documentation
· Draft demands, correspondence, and other case-related documents
· Review and organize medical records and billing summaries
· Assist attorneys with case preparation, and file management
· Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines and calendaring requirements are met
· Prepare settlement disbursements and closing documentation
· Maintain accurate internal reporting and case updates
· Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support firm goals and client outcomes
· Uphold firm policies, procedures, and professional standards
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of personal injury paralegal or case management experience preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize deadlines effectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Compassionate and professional client-service approach
· Experience reviewing medical records, bills, liens, and insurance documentation
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
· Ability to follow and adhere to firm systems.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
· Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
