As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a steady clinical presence, blending professional expertise with compassionate, relationship-based care. This role is ideal for nurses who value thoughtful practice, a calm atmosphere, and meaningful patient connections.
RN Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments using ASAM and MOUD and ongoing patient evaluations

Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with providers

Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail

Provide therapeutic communication, emotional support, and crisis intervention

Maintain patient safety within a structured residential milieu

Coordinate care with therapists, physicians, and support staff

Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Educate patients and families to support long-term wellness and discharge planning
What We’re Looking For

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Behavioral health, psychiatric, or residential treatment experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a calm, compassionate approach
