We are seeking a friendly and professional front door team member to join the Cork 'N Cleaver. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and escort them to their tables
- Manage the waitlist and ensure timely seating for all customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience as a hostess preferred but not required
