Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must:
● Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
● Be reliable and able to report to work as scheduled.
● Have a valid driver's license and their own reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned job sites and be 21+ years of age or older.
● Be comfortable working in multiple homes throughout the day.
● Be available to work the scheduled days and hours required for the position.
● Possess strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
● Be able to communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, coworkers, and management.
● Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
● Be authorized to work in the United States.
● Be willing to learn, accept coaching, and follow company procedures and quality standards.
● Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
Physical Requirements
To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, team members must be able to:
● Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
● Stand and walk for extended periods of time, often for the duration of a scheduled shift.
● Frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and stretch while performing cleaning tasks. ● Repeatedly use hands, wrists, and arms for cleaning activities such as wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and mopping.
● Safely use a step stool up to three steps high to access reachable cleaning areas.
● Work in a variety of residential environments and move throughout homes, including navigating stairs when required.
● Load, unload, and transport cleaning supplies and equipment between job sites.
● Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the workday.
