Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Engage customers with product knowledge, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales
- Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and managing cash register operations
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment to ensure a welcoming shopping experience
- Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections when needed
- Use retail software systems for data entry, inventory management, and transaction processing
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly
- Answering phones
- Lift up to 30lbs
- Stocking/Checking in truck
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, especially related to retail lending or loan collections
- Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and basic financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and provide clear product explanations
- Experience with cash management, cashiering, and processing cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of retail store operations including cash drawer handling, cashiering procedures, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer service
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
