Samuel Construction Group is seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with residential construction, remodeling, and property improvement projects throughout Frederick, MD and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with tools, materials, and a construction team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers consistent work and opportunities for advancement into skilled trade and handyman roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Job site setup and cleanup
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting with demolition and remodeling projects
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry tasks
- Basic repair and maintenance tasks
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
