Access Anesthesia is a mobile anesthesia medical practice providing anesthesia services at dental clinics throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We are seeking a reliable Logistics Assistant to transport medical equipment and help with supply inventory.
Responsibilities
- Transport anesthesia equipment and supplies between dental offices using a company-provided van
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and organization
- Maintain inventory and track supplies
- Help streamline daily logistics and operational flow
- Assist with additional operational tasks under the supervision of the Practice Manager
Position Details
- Must be able to lift 80lbs
- Company van provided
- Van pickup/dropoff location: 60647
- Valid driver’s license required
- Typical schedule:
- 4 days per week
- Approximately 10-hour shifts
- Shift start time: 5:00 / 6:00am
- Schedule may vary based on practice needs
- Guaranteed minimum: 40 hours/week
- Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate for hours worked beyond 40/week
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Contractors are responsible for their own tax withholdings (please research what this means so you understand the pay structure)
- 10 days paid time off annually
- 3 paid sick days per year
Pay: $20.00 per hour
