What You’ll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements for Weekend Baylor RN:
- Active RN license
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
