Our Customer Support (BDC) Team plays a crucial role in helping customers take the next step in their car-buying journey—and we’re looking for the right person to join us.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC). This is not a cold-calling job—you’ll be responding to customers who have already contacted us online, by phone, or through social media. Your job is to provide great communication, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to internet inquiries, phone calls, and texts from customers
- Schedule test drive appointments and follow up with guests who haven’t visited yet
- Communicate clearly and professionally—by phone, text, and email
- Use our CRM to track conversations and update customer records
- Help customers feel informed, welcomed, and supported from the first interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a professional phone voice
- Reliable and organized, with great follow-through
- Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and basic software
- Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or retail is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus, but not required

- Tuesday - 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Thursday - 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Friday - 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Saturday - 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Closed Sundays
