Education & Advocacy: Deliver compelling presentations to educate referral partners on the benefits of our services and help them identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless referrals and outstanding partner satisfaction.
Customer Support: Provide responsive, high-quality service to partners, resolving inquiries and issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on regulations, reimbursement policies, and trends within the healthcare industry.
Partner Growth: Develop and execute plans to deepen existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain a knowledge of assigned territories and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Provide education and support to partners as needed.

Qualifications
Home Health Care Account Executive experience is required (Mobile Wound Care experience is an advantage but not required)

Proficiency in Google WorkSpace.
