Security Officer – Overnight Shift

SMI is currently seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer for a luxury high-rise condominium account located in Bal Harbour, Florida.
This is an overnight position for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced working in high-end residential environments.
Position Details:

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Days Off: Friday & Saturday.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate and monitor resident, guest, and vendor parking.

Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct designated areas and spaces.

Maintain order and professionalism throughout the property.
-
Observe and report all incidents, violations, and issues to property management and the client in a timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Conduct routine patrols of parking and common areas.
-
Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
-
Monitor access points and assist with overnight property security operations.
Requirements:

Previous security experience required.

Experience working in a high-rise condominium environment preferred.

Must be computer savvy and comfortable using basic reporting systems and email communication.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Strong observation and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Must be focused, dependable, and able to work independently overnight.

Must have reliable transportation.

Valid Florida Driver’s License required.

Valid Security License preferred.
