We’re Hiring – Experienced Scrap Metal Buyer (Commission-Based)

ROCX International LLC is seeking experienced Scrap Metal Buyers / Purchasing Agents to join our growing team.
If you have experience in the scrap metal recycling industry, an established supplier network, and the ability to source quality materials, we’d like to work with you.
Responsibilities
- Source ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals from suppliers across the United States.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with scrap yards, recyclers, manufacturers, demolition contractors, auto dismantlers, and industrial suppliers.
- Negotiate purchase prices and supply agreements.
- Coordinate with our logistics and operations team to ensure smooth shipments.
- Continuously develop new supply channels and expand existing business relationships.
- Ensure materials meet agreed quality specifications.
Preferred Materials
Experience purchasing any of the following is highly preferred:
- Aluminum Scrap
- Copper Scrap
- Brass
- Stainless Steel
- Electric Motors
- Wire & Cable
- Aluminum Wheels
- Cast Aluminum
- Zorba
- E-Scrap
- Other Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Scrap
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the scrap metal or metal recycling industry.
- Existing supplier relationships are strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of scrap grades, pricing, and market conditions.
