As an Account Representative, you'll represent AT&T while working directly with professional clients, learning about their goals and recommending solutions that support their success. Every Account Representative receives hands-on coaching while building confidence, relationship-building abilities, and consultative sales skills.
What You'll Do as an Account Representative
- Meet directly with clients through professional sales conversations and introduce available products and services.
- Learn what each client is looking for and recommend solutions that fit their goals.
- Guide clients through the sales process with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Build long-term relationships through outstanding communication and consistent follow-up.
- Contribute to daily sales goals while working alongside a collaborative team.
- Continue growing as an Account Representative through ongoing coaching and practical sales experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a professional, client-focused sales environment.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, business development, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
