OVERVIEW
The Spa Coordinator oversees the front desk and member service coordination at the WAC spa. They coordinate scheduling, payments, and other administrative tasks.
We are seeking a Part-Time team member who can fulfill the following schedule:
- Saturdays 8:30am- 5pm
- Tuesday- Thursday 9:30am-1:30pm
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome members and guests warmly, providing personalized attention
- Handle front desk duties such as answering the phone, offering information on services and products, and making/rescheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support to service providers, managing client files and maintaining the spa environment
- Work closely with the Spa Manager and other Spa Team Members to market, promote, and improve programs and services
- Assist the Spa Manager in daily tasks such as cash balancing and inventory management
- Participates in Spa staff meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a spa or salon receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
