We are working with Cardinal Heating & Air, a family-owned residential HVAC company that has proudly served the Puget Sound region for more than 35 years.
Cardinal specializes in high-end residential homes where quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer experience come before rushing through service calls. They aren't a volume shop—they believe in doing the job right the first time and investing in technicians who take pride in their work.
As the company continues to grow, they're looking to hire multiple Residential HVAC Service Technicians with 3-5 years of field experience to join their expanding team.

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
- Repair furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation equipment
- Recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions for homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized jobsites and protect customer property
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, dispatch, and teammates
- Represent Cardinal with professionalism and integrity on every service call
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if needed)
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others
- Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments
- Believes in doing quality work instead of taking shortcuts
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
