Ayer Valley RehabNursing is seeking a full-time Social Services Director to join our leadership team.
This role is responsible for leading the facility's social services department, advocating for residents and their families, overseeing admissions coordination and discharge planning, and supervising the Social Services Assistant. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Active Social Work license required (LCSW, LICSW, or LSW)
Knowledge of the Medicaid process required
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Salary:
$85,000 - $93,000 per year
