We manage a large and rapidly growing portfolio of rental properties throughout Newark, East Orange, Paterson, Passaic, Jersey City, Bayonne, Elizabeth, Irvington, and surrounding areas. We're looking for hungry, sales-oriented individuals who want to build a real career and earn a great income.
What You'll Do
- Meet prospective tenants at scheduled apartment showings.
- Build rapport and confidently sell the apartment.
- Answer questions about the property and application process.
- Get qualified prospects to submit applications.
- Follow up with interested renters.
- Represent NJ Leasing Company professionally in the field.

- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person.
Compensation
100% Commission-Based
This is a commission-only opportunity for people who want to bet on themselves. We provide the a steady pipeline of appointments. Your job is to show the apartment, build trust, and get the application.
