The Role
Working alongside our Lead Teacher, you will play an important role in helping deliver engaging lessons, supporting students academically, and creating a positive classroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact on their education.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities.
- Provide small-group academic support to 4th Grade students.
- Help students stay focused, organized, and engaged throughout the school day.
- Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive behavior.
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with lesson setup.
- Support students with assignments, projects, and independent learning.
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the education team to ensure every student succeeds.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred.
- A passion for education and helping young learners succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, dependable, and professional.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
