We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing. Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking an LPN who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices
