Job Title: Project Manager (Scheduling)
Location: Denver, Colorado
Type: 12 month Contract
Compensation: $70.00 - 71.50
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: Monday through Friday; core business hours approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; flexible start and end times; no overtime required
Responsibilities
- Provide construction scheduling oversight and management using Primavera P6
- Manage and integrate vendor project schedules into a master schedule
- Track schedule adherence and hold vendors accountable to committed delivery dates
- Monitor resource availability across vendor crews
- Communicate scheduling impacts to internal partners
- Provide oversight of schedule quality and compliance
- Support design-build partnerships to help ensure projects remain on schedule and capital forecasts remain accurate
- Receive schedules submitted by vendors and hold vendors accountable to submitted schedules
- Report noncompliance or poor schedule quality
- Maintain scheduling dashboards
Identify vendor performance issues and work directly with underperforming vendors

Requirements
- Extensive Primavera P6 experience
- Construction scheduling experience (non-negotiable)
- SAP experience
- Excel reporting capabilities
- Business Objects reporting experience
- Experience integrating and managing large project schedules
- Ability to hold vendors accountable to schedule commitments
- Strong communication with vendors and internal partners
- Ability to identify and address performance issues
- Willingness to push vendors regarding schedule compliance and accuracy
- Minimum of five years of experience
- Utility industry experience is preferred
