Job summary
JenJacs is seeking a Janitorial to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for the cleanliness of the entire facility/shop, performing housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and other related tasks.
Responsibilities/daily tasks
· Clean the interior of the shop including floors, carpets, and rugs.
· Empty trash and recycling bins.
· Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
· Clean and maintain restrooms.
· Removing debris.
· Wiping surfaces.
· Cleaning offices.
· Other janitorial duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in similar position, preferred but not required.
· Keep up with general cleaning of all areas of the building as directed.
· Knowledge of chemical cleaning products preferred but not required.
· Knowledge of equipment operation such as forklift, preferred but not required.
· Available to bend, reach lift and stand for extended period.
· Available to follow instructions.
Relation of the position to others in the company
This position will work closely with maintenance to provide support as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
