Location: Natick, MA (209 W Central St / Hybrid) Position Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Mon through Fri Compensation: $83,000 $120,000 / year (commensurate with experience)

The Opportunity
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will play a central role in guiding our outpatient clinical team, driving quality care, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. You will supervise mental health clinicians, foster a supportive team culture, collaborate on integrative care strategies, and maintain a small direct client caseload.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Clinical Coaching: Provide weekly direct clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities for new LSWs and PMHNPs who are certified and provide therapy.
- People Management: Oversee staff onboarding, hiring, workflow planning, and performance management.
- Integrative Excellence: Foster a collaborative team culture rooted in empathy, diversity, non-judgmental care, and holistic treatment approaches.
2. Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance
- Workflow Oversight: Partner with owner and administrative teams to support smooth day-to-day operations, scheduling, and client intake.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure charts, treatment plans, and clinical notes are completed promptly and adhere to state regulatory guidelines.
- Crisis Consultation: Provide second-tier consultation for high-risk or complex cases and support on-site/clinic coverage as needed.
3. Direct Client Care
- Selective Caseload: Provide intake, diagnostic assessment, and ongoing psychotherapy (individual, couples, family, or group) using evidence-based and holistic approaches.
- Integrative Practice: Incorporate whole-person wellness considerations into treatment planning.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education & Licensure: Mastera degree or higher with active Massachusetts independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW). Able to provide supervision
- Leadership Alignment: Strong commitment to whole-person care, trauma-informed practices, and holistic mental health principles.
- Regulatory Compliance: Clear understanding of behavioral health, HIPAA standards, and high-quality clinical documentation.
- EHR & Tech Literacy: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standard office software.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of direct outpatient clinical experience.
- 2+ years providing clinical supervision to licensed or pre-licensed clinicians.
- Experience or strong interest in integrative, holistic, or mind-body therapeutic modalities.
