Duties

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service hours.
- Develop new sushi recipes and presentation techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role specializing in Japanese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and ingredient handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction when needed.
