Responsibilities
- Safely move, park, and organize vehicles within parking areas, including outdoor lots and designated dealership zones
- Assist with vehicle inspections, ensuring each car meets quality standards before customer delivery or service appointments
- Handle manual transmission vehicles and standard passenger cars with confidence and care
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, batteries, or other automotive parts as needed for vehicle prep or lot organization
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle availability and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized lot environment by performing routine outdoor work, including sweeping, trash removal, and lot inspections
Skills
- Strong guest services mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer interactions
- No experience necessary
- Knowledge of standard passenger car operation and manual transmission vehicles
- Valid driving skills with the ability to operate various types of vehicles safely in outdoor settings
- Experience in retail math and cash handling to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers confidently
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
