Pay: $18.50–$21.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus

As an Inventory Associate, you are responsible for maintaining accuracy, compliance, and organization behind the scenes. Your work ensures our guests receive safe, consistent, and high-quality products while supporting overall operational integrity.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against manifests

Report discrepancies, damages, or compliance concerns immediately

Accurately log products into METRC upon receipt
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation

Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations

Keep inventory audit-ready at all times
- Organize, label, and store products safely and efficiently

Maintain clean, compliant storage areas

Monitor product quality and flag concerns proactively
- Support inventory forecasting and product availability

Improve operational processes for efficiency and accuracy

Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
- 21+ years of age

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year of inventory, warehouse, or related experience (cannabis preferred but not required)

Comfortable using inventory systems and technology

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to complete required compliance training
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)

Lift, carry, and move up to 25–50 pounds

Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

Operate POS systems, scanners, and handle product packaging
