Role: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Range: $19-21/hr

Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in interpreting operating procedures and maintenance instructions
- Competent in geometry, trigonometry, fractions, and metric-to-decimal conversion
- Capable of solving practical problems with limited standardization
- Able to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using and setting variable gages
- Familiarity with in-process inspection documentation
- Understanding of part defects and tagging procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up inspection equipment for production floor use
- Perform first article inspections
- Conduct in-process floor inspections using approved documents
- Train production staff on gage usage and inspection documentation
- Educate staff on identifying and disposing of defective parts
- Collaborate to prevent and resolve quality issues
- Participate in 5S activities and adhere to Lean practices
- Execute additional duties as assigned
