- Keyser Miller Ford is seeking a driven, high-performing Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building customer relationships, and consistently delivers strong production and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
- Structure deals in compliance with lender and dealership guidelines
- Work closely with sales team to maximize profitability per deal
- Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and funding processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process
- Stay up to date on compliance, regulations, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a high-performing Finance Manager (automotive preferred)
- Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of dealership finance processes, lender programs, and compliance regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
