Duties
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the administrative office, including hiring, training, performance management, and staff development.
- Oversee accounting operations, payroll, financial reporting, and year-end processes in coordination with the company's CPA.
- Administer employee benefits, 401(k), union reporting, payroll deductions, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage corporate records, shareholder records, business licenses, insurance policies, leases, and government filings.
- Coordinate accident and insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Review and approve commercial charge accounts and maintain company security, key control, and administrative records.
- Provide backup support for accounting, human resources, and safety functions as needed.
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and executive correspondence to support the General Manager/CEO.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ensure the efficient operation of the business office.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative management or a similar leadership role within an organizational setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in office management software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Expierence in full-cycle accounting .
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
