Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support servers and team members to maintain a smooth, efficient dining experience.
- Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly and thoroughly between guests.
- Keep dining areas, service stations, and wait stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with setting up and restocking silverware, glassware, plates, and condiments throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware and service equipment.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately using table position points.
- Assist with organizing and staging orders at the expo line to ensure timely food delivery.
- Help monitor and manage ticket flow to kitchen stations when needed.
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to support guest needs.
- Provide excellent service by anticipating guest requests and responding with a positive attitude.
