Asheville Drainage, Inc. is a growing site work and drainage contractor serving Western North Carolina. We handle stormwater drainage, culvert installation, French drains, hardscape, retaining walls, excavation, and municipal infrastructure projects. Residential, municipal and commercial. We're looking to add hardworking, reliable crew members to our team.
We work hard and we treat people right. We have each others backs on the job site, we communicate honestly and don't tolerate disrespect or bad attitudes.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on drainage, grading, and hardscape job sites
- Assist with installation of pipe, drainage structures, retaining walls, and erosion control systems
- Operate hand tools and assist with heavy equipment as needed
- Follow site safety protocols and crew lead instructions
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project timelines
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction, utilities, landscaping, or heavy equipment preferred (not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to job sites on a daily basis
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
