IMMEDIATE NEED for candidates in TEXAS, preferably close to Waller, TX. Are you looking for meaningful, flexible work that fits your schedule? Student Ambassador Exchange is seeking candidates to help monitor host families & J1 international exchange high school students coming to the US.
This is a contract, part-time role ideal for active community members passionate about supporting students and cultural exchange. Primarily work from home, 3 in person visits with student & host family required throughout the school year. Opportunity to make additional income.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Area Coordinator to oversee the coordination and management of exchange student programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with international students, host families, and community organizations to facilitate enriching cultural exchange experiences. As an Area Coordinator, you will serve as the vital link ensuring smooth program operations, fostering positive relationships, and promoting cross-cultural understanding. Your energetic approach and commitment will help create memorable and impactful exchanges that benefit students and local communities alike.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with prospective host families and students to evaluate compatibility, behavioral suitability, and cultural needs.
- Facilitate ongoing communication between students, host families, schools, and Regional Supervisor.
- Oversee host family health and safety regulations compliance while providing support for any issues or emergencies that arise during placements.
- Prefer background working with culturally diverse communities and managing community outreach initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, social media engagement
- Ability to conduct interviews with potential host families and students while assessing their needs effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in recruiting, social work, teaching, or working directly with students from diverse backgrounds.
