Seeking a Tax Senior Manager with CPA and Trust & Estate focus!
St. Louis metro area (west side)
In business since 2022, we are a small and growing firm located just west of St. Louis. We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager with CPA and Trust & Estate focus!
We have a team of 15 professionals focused on Tax Planning, Business Valuation, Business Consulting, and Outsourced Accounting. We seek to create an environment where both our team and our clients thrive and prosper, and we are succeeding at that.

Required CPA or EA + minimum 8 years of public accounting experience, at least 3 in a management role
In this role, you will...

Apply technical knowledge to prepare and review income, estate/trust and gift tax returns and provide staff with feedback Review situations and transactions to determine federal, state and local filing requirements

Analyze and respond to IRS, state, and local tax agency notices

Participate in internal strategy discussions with clients and collaborate with their financial advisors Identify and resolve client tax related questions and issues

Exhibit strong communication skills (verbal; written; presentation) with clients, advisors, tax authorities, firm staff, and management

Perform other duties as assigned BS/BA Degree, accounting preferred Valid CPA license 6+ years individual, trust and gift tax return preparation and review experience

Show proficiency in income tax planning and compliance

Prepare and fil multi-state tax returns and have experience in Form 1041 Trust & Estate and Form 709 Gift return experience

Strong Excel and other software skills CCH tax software experience preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and client service skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities, clients and tight deadlines
