Come join our Game Show Battle Rooms team in Houston (The Woodlands), TX. Game Show Battle Rooms is one of the original immersive game show experiences in the country and we are looking for charismatic performers to help facilitate our unforgettable shows!
As a game show host, you will be hosting experiences for groups of 6-36 people in our custom game show arenas. This is the PERFECT position for theatre actors, improv comedians, and radio personalities. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining an entertaining environment for our guests as they battle through multiple game shows.
As a game show Co-Host, you will be in charge of audio, visual, and lighting controls during the show as well as working with our hosts to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. The Co-Host also acts as the announcer for the duration of the show (Think Andy Richter to Conan O'Brien or Steve Higgins to Jimmy Fallon) and also shares the responsibility of creating an entertaining experience.
The games you will facilitate include:
Survey Battles – a friendly feud for the top survey answers!
Spin and Solve – the classic wheel spinning word guessing game show!
What’s that Co$t – a series of price-guessing mini games!
MatchUp Wars – read your teammates’ minds and predict their answers!
Time Rush Games – 60 second skill challenges!
Pay:
Starting wage is $14.00 per hour with the opportunity for significant tips. Current employees average $20-$40/hour when tips are included in total compensation.
It is required that everyone is capable of doing both positions. Everyone gets trained as a Co-Host before moving on to host training.
*PLEASE NOTE- We are not hiring seasonal positions, please do not apply if you are only looking for Summer work.
