Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role requires creativity, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within casual, fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
