Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in pool service, but will train the right person. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Troubleshoot issues related to pool systems and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate with clients regarding services performed and recommend any necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and equipment used during each visit.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments (not required)
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
