What We Need
Corpay is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Integrations and Partnerships to join our Commercial Cards business within the Corporate Payments division, and the role is remote. As the Product Manager, Integrations and Partnerships, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for integrations connecting Corpay solutions with ERP, accounting, HRIS, procurement, expense, and other customer business systems. This role owns the integration ecosystem from discovery and platform prioritization through partner management, implementation, commercialization, adoption, and performance. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable ERP capabilities that improve operational efficiency, automation, and business performance. You will work with the President of Commercial Card Services and cross-functional leaders to shape product strategy, deliver customer-centric solutions, and accelerate market adoption.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for business-system integrations.
- Define scalable approaches across APIs, webhooks, packaged connectors, file exchange, middleware, and partner-delivered solutions.
- Lead customer and partner discovery to understand workflows, requirements, pain points, and adoption barriers.
- Translate accounting and operational processes into product requirements, user stories, and reusable capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, QA, Implementation, Operations, Sales, and external partners to deliver secure, reliable integrations.
- Improve integration setup, testing, implementation, monitoring, support, and upgrade experiences.
- Build relationships with ERP, accounting, HRIS, middleware, consulting, and implementation partners.
- Support launches, sales enablement, customer communications, and adoption programs.
- Track adoption, implementation effort, reliability, transaction volume, customer satisfaction, and business value.
- Communicate strategy, roadmap, dependencies, and performance to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, accounting or financial systems, enterprise integrations, ERP, business systems, or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Experience with customer-facing integrations, APIs, packaged connectors, data exchange, or enterprise platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable product capabilities.
- Strong customer discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and communication skills.
- Experience working across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Operations, Sales, and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B payments, commercial cards, AP automation, expense management, FinTech, banking, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, file exchange, middleware, and integration monitoring.
- Knowledge of procure-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash, expense management, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, Infor, Sage, or QuickBooks.
- Background in accounting, finance, audit, controllership, treasury, consulting, or financial-systems implementation.
