We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fabrication / Special Parts Technician to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you will assist with fabricating, assembling, modifying, and preparing specialty parts and components to meet production and customer specifications. Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble specialty parts and components
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
- Perform measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with material handling and inventory as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools and read basic blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good attendance and reliable work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
