Part-Time Contractor (1099)
$18 per hour | At least 15–20 hours per week, potential for FT
Onsite – Weekdays between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview
This position plays a key role in ensuring our online auctions launch accurately and on time. Auction Inventory Specialist is responsible for photographing items, writing clear and accurate descriptions, and preparing merchandise so online buyers know exactly what they are bidding on.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position based at our auction site.
Responsibilities
- Photograph auction items in a clean, professional manner
- Write brief, accurate descriptions using a computer-based listing program
- Move and stage items including boxes, furniture, yard tools, and equipment
- Assist customers during auction pickup days
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the auction yard
- Support the team to ensure auctions stay on schedule
Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable being on your feet approximately 90% of the day
- Enjoy working outdoors in varying conditions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willing to pitch in wherever needed

- $18 per hour
- Hours will vary based on auction inventory. Candidates should expect a minimum of 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours during busy periods or as the position expands.
- Flexible days within: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Location: Onsite / In Person
