We’re looking for a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join the Solaire Vision team. You’ll be the heart of our practice — delivering comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and helping patients see the world more clearly. We’re a practice that genuinely cares about both our patients and our team, and we’re excited to find a doctor who shares that commitment.
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of ocular conditions and diseases
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and medications as needed
- Counsel patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate with the optical team to ensure patients get the right eyewear solutions
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
- Contribute to a welcoming, patient-first practice culture

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution- Active Virginia state optometry license (or eligibility to obtain one — new grads encouraged to apply)

You’ll work five days per week on a consistent, rotating schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating)
- Sunday: Off
- No production pressure or hidden strings
- Work directly with practice ownership, not a distant corporate office
