Your Role as RN Supervisor
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading our nursing team, ensuring excellent resident care, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment. Your leadership helps shape the quality of care and the culture of our facility.
Key Responsibilities as RN Supervisor
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care
- Lead shift assignments and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Administer medications and oversee accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies as needed
- Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and ongoing staff support
- Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and staff education
- Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous learning
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records
