FT/40 hrs. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to vulnerable youth. Responsibilities include providing individual and group supervision to clinical staff, reviewing and approving documentation, monitoring service quality and compliance, supporting staff development, and ensuring adherence to agency, county, and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Supervisor provides guidance on case management, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and risk assessment while promoting best practices and positive client outcomes. Qualified candidates must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Social Worker, post two years and have a valid registration with the BBS. Starting pay rate of $90,000-$93,000.

Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly individual and group supervision to all clinicians, regardless of registration status, to ensure that the service delivery is consistent with the values of the agency.
- Review and approve timecards, mileage and expense reports.
- Provide supervision to the Program Supervisor to ensure that bachelor’s level service providers are able to deliver appropriate interventions.
- Lead case consultation meetings, a minimum of one time per quarter.
- In collaboration with management, develop, implement and document a training schedule that meets the requirements for the staff.
- Develop and oversee the delivery of a variety of group modalities, including but not limited to topics such as sexual abuse, substance use, abandonment, and self-esteem.
- Participate in the hiring process for quality clinical staff and train staff to follow agency procedures, deliver appropriate clinical interventions, and practice ethically.
- Review and approve all Integrated Care Plans to ensure they are in accordance with the strengths-needs based philosophy and that goals comply with medi-cal requirements.
- Review all documentation completed by staff under supervision and provide training to maintain high-level of proficiency in medi-cal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and County regulations.
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must possess Master’s degree or Doctoral degree from an accredited university and must possess a license and be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology.
- Must be eligible to supervise trainees, associates, and interns in accordance with Board regulations.
- Must maintain eligibility to work under federal and/or state mental health funded programs.
- Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
