Selected candidate will work with the Talent Acquisition Team and will be responsible for administering all aspects of recruiting functions.

Responsibilities:

Manages recruitment cycle and efforts for new associates; maintains applicant tracking system; writes and updates job postings; maintains lead generation databases and appropriate Metrics.

Actively sources for passive candidates and identifies new niche recruiting outlets both electronically and face to face.

Conducts initial phone screening interviews with potential candidates.

Coordinates on-site interviews with hiring managers and executive team.

Manages relationships with outside recruitment agencies; oversees the hiring of temporary associates.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial mechanical industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and competitors.

Ensure the recruiting process aligns with our company values, promoting diversity and inclusion.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) strongly preferred.

Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms and Microsoft Office products.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with candidates, managers, and co-workers.

Must have a positive attitude and have the ability to work well within a team.
Education and/or Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Plumbing, or Control systems industries.

A degree in Human Resources or a related experience is a plus.
