Job Type: Part-Time (25 hours/week)
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled part-time handyman/superintendent to maintain our community facilities and grounds.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in plumbing , electrical work, carpentry, appliances, HVAC and pool operation,
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, gymnasium, pool area and patio facilities, including tables and chairs
- Remove and manage debris throughout the property
- Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed around the community
