About the Opportunity
A well-established residential and light-commercial HVAC company in Northern New Jersey is expected to transition to new ownership this summer. We are confidentially speaking with experienced HVAC technicians now so we can be ready to grow the team after closing.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
- Perform seasonal maintenance, tune-ups, and service calls
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and office/team members
- Document work with notes, photos, and recommendations through company software
- Identify repair and replacement opportunities when appropriate
- Help deliver a clean, professional customer experience
- Work with ownership and management as the company improves systems, training, and growth opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
- HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems
- EPA certification preferred
- Comfortable using an iPad, mobile app, or field-service software
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean, professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just collect a paycheck
