We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist and Store Manager position to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth operations. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls and taking messages when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
