Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Specialist ensures marketing initiatives move efficiently from planning through execution by providing project coordination and operational support across campaigns and channels. This role translates plans into coordinated action by organizing information, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and maintaining the systems that support consistent execution across marketing efforts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and track marketing projects across campaigns and channels. Communicate progress updates,identify gaps, and ensure teams have clarity on next steps.

Translate content discussions into integrated content plans. Maintain a centralized content calendar, track deliverables across teams, and provide regular updates on content and campaign activity. Ensure internal event calendars and related documentation remain current.

Maintain organized project documentation, including archived files, ensuring materials are consistently stored, updated, and accessible.

Research vendors, obtain quotes, and coordinate the ordering and delivery of promotional materials, display items, and light pole banners. Ensure review and approval processes are completed prior to production.

Assist in the coordination of video content production, including commercials and other video assets, through supporting production logistics as needed.

Collaborate with the Advertising Specialist to document processes, maintain shared resources, and provide short-term support for essential functions when needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, strategic communications, public relations, business, or a related field. One year of professional experience within the past five years in a communications, marketing, or events role (or a closely related role).

Preferred Qualifications
Professional experience coordinating projects, maintaining content calendars, and using a project management platform. Familiarity with marketing and communications workflow.
