We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help with shipping, receiving, and fulfilling customer orders. This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking for a positive work environment where they can learn valuable skills, stay active throughout the day, and be part of a growing company.
This is a hands-on position that keeps you moving. You'll help prepare orders, receive inventory, assist customers with shipping questions, and play an important role in making sure our customers receive the exceptional service we're known for.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Prepare sewing machines and products for shipment
- Receive incoming inventory and organize warehouse stock
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Assist customers with shipping questions by phone and email
- Work within ShipStation and other company systems
- Help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Assist with general warehouse projects as needed
Helpful Skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move sewing machines and warehouse shipments safely
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the day
- Able to work in an active warehouse environment

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Additional hours may be available for the right candidate
Interview Process
Candidates may be asked to complete basic grammar and math testing during the interview process.
