Job Description:- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by showing a friendly, welcoming demeanor and professional appearance- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and educate customers on features and benefits- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently by utilizing The UPS Store Computer Applications- Maintain a clean and organized environment- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed- Collaborate with team members to work in a detail oriented fast paced environment- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
